Our Client, The Baan is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Tasks Include:
Coordinating all daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations
Reviewing product quality, researching and contacting new vendors on behalf of the restaurant
Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste and stock take
Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales and set budgets accordingly
Organising and supervising shifts
Creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Interviewing and hiring front of house staff
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
Planning and organising special functions
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Prior experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
