Our client Parrot Packaging is seeking a skilled and experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to support the ongoing improvement of business operations, systems, and organisational efficiency. This role is critical to analysing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing structured solutions to enhance productivity, compliance, and overall operational performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyse and review organisational structures, business processes, and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Evaluate existing systems, procedures, and internal controls to ensure they support business objectives and compliance requirements
Collect, analyse, and interpret operational and performance data to support evidence-based decision-making
Develop and recommend improved methods, procedures, and system enhancements to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness
Prepare detailed reports, process maps, and business improvement proposals for management and key stakeholders
Consult with managers and operational teams to understand business needs and operational challenges
Assist with the implementation of approved process improvements and change initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further refinements where required
Support continuous improvement and organisational development initiatives across the business
Provide advice to management on organisational change, process optimisation, and system improvements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in organisational analysis, process improvement, or business optimisation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
At least one year of full-time professional experience
