Location: South Coast NSW
Salary: $76,000 - $90,000 + Super

Our client, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Carpenter and Joiner to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials
Construct, install, and repair structures and fittings such as frames, doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture
Perform joinery work including assembling custom-built components and fixtures
Install flooring, skirting, architraves, staircases, and timber finishes
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
Ensure all work complies with Australian building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Repair and maintain existing timber structures and fittings
Select appropriate materials and finishes based on project requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site or in the workshop
Liaise with supervisors, builders, and other trades to ensure timely project completion
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Experience in carpentry and joinery work
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
Skilled in using hand and power tools safely
Knowledge of building codes and WHS requirements
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
