Position: Cook (ANZSCO 351411)
Salary: $70,000 + 11% Superannuation

We are posting on behalf of our client "The Blue Fox", is looking for a cook to join their growing team.
Duties:
● Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
● Exam foodstuffs to ensure quality
● Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
● Cook food in various utensils or grillers
● Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
● Season food during cooking.
● Portion food, place it on plates, and add gravies, sauces, and garnishes.
● Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements.
● Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
● Ensure all food and other items are stored in temperature-controlled facilities and are stored
properly.
● May estimate food requirements
● Supervise and lead the kitchen team
● May train other kitchen staff and apprentices.

● Follow and complete all tasks required for the role effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive
environment and workflow
Requirements:
● Relevant Qualification
● Relevant Experience ( minimum 2 years experience)
● Relevant skills pertain able to this role
● Availability to meet roster set by Head Chef/ Director
