Salary: $73,150 plus Superannuation

We are posting an ad on behalf of our client, 'Anatolia Turkish Cuisine'.
As a Chef, your responsibilities will include:
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Working closely with the executive chef to develop menu ideas
Managing daily production and planning
Determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderings
Costing and controlling kitchen operations
Managing and work closely with other Chefs to all levels
Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between team mates
Train junior kitchen staff
Prepare and cook food based on the recipe guidelines
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Prior experience in a similar role
Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
