Salary: $73,000 ~ 75,000 plus Superannuation

As a Chef, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
Managing team schedules and controlling food costs
Supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
Leading, training, developing, and inspiring your team while instilling company values
Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Exhibiting excellent communication (verbal & written), organisational, time, and resource management skills
Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies
Adhering to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and regulations
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Prior experience in a similar role
Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
