Our client "Humm Coffee Roasters" is looking for a qualified Chef to joint their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Cook all menu items to recipe specifications
Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality
Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
Preparing and cooking various food
Seasoning food during cooking
Correct recipe portioning of food, place it on plates, and add gravies, sauces and garnishes
Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
Maintain high standards and food handling practices
Be a team player
May plan menu and estimate food requirements
May train junior kitchen staff
To be considered:
Relevant Qualifications
2+ Years prior experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
