We are part of a leading Southern Highlands Hospitality group located in Bowral are now seeking experienced Chefs to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Day to day operations of the kitchen team
Plan menus with Head Chef
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Ability to read, train, develop and inspire your team instilling company values
Ability to create and deliver high quality meals
A good team spirit, a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Follow and maintain Workplace Health and Safety as well as hygiene procedures
Train Junior Staff
To be eligible for this role:
Relevant Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience
Ability to work in a team/leadership skills
