Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and directing the food preparation process

  • Managing team schedules and controlling food costs

  • Supervising day to day kitchen operations

  • Leading, training, developing and inspiring your team while instilling company values

  • Creating and delivering delectable meals

  • Coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance as needed

  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of breakfast and dinner menus

  • Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Exhibiting excellent communication (verbal & written), organizational, time and resource management skills

  • Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs

  • Ordering food supplies

  • Adhering to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and regulations

  • Preparing and cooking various food in accordance with the recipe

  • Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment

To quality for this role, you must have:

  • Relevant qualifications in the culinary field

  • Prior experience in a similar role

  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
