Responsibilities:
Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
Managing team schedules and controlling food costs
Supervising day to day kitchen operations
Leading, training, developing and inspiring your team while instilling company values
Creating and delivering delectable meals
Coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance as needed
Demonstrating strong knowledge of breakfast and dinner menus
Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
Exhibiting excellent communication (verbal & written), organizational, time and resource management skills
Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs
Ordering food supplies
Adhering to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and regulations
Preparing and cooking various food in accordance with the recipe
Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
To quality for this role, you must have:
Relevant qualifications in the culinary field
Prior experience in a similar role
The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
