Responsibilities:
Day to day operations of the kitchen team
Plan menus with Head Chef and Sous Chef
Ability to read, train, develop and inspire your team instilling company values
Ability to create and deliver high quality meals
A good team spirit, a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, time and resources management
Follow and maintain Workplace Health and Safety as well as hygiene procedures
Train junior kitchen staff
