Location: Marickville, NSW
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus Super
Some of your duties will include:
- Control and direct the food preparation process
- Managing team roster and food costs
- Day to day operations of the kitchen
- Ability to lead, train, develop and inspire your team instilling company values
- Ability to create and deliver high quality meals
- Arranging for equipment repairs or maintenance when necessary
- Good knowledge of breakfast and dinner menus
- A good team spirit, a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, organisational abilities, time and resource management
- Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
