Location : Sydney NSW
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual for a Sous Chef!
To be eligible candidate, you will have :
- Leadership, supervision and motivation of kitchen team members
- Assisting the Head chef
- Working with the Executive Chef to create specialized menus for functions and events
- Daily responsibilities in ordering, menu planning, food preparation and service
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and maintaining excellence in hygiene
- Delegation of duties to kitchen members
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Multi-skilled in all sections of the kitchen
- Ability to work independently and responsible in a team environment
