Salary: Salary: $50, 000 - 55, 000 + Super
Work Type: Full Time
Duties include:
- Coordinating processes with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Hiring and training new staff
- Working within company budgets
- Taking control of day-to-day operations
- Stakeholder management and client relationships
- Stock management and ordering
- Ensuring all staff comply with OH&S regulations
- Ensure staff adhere to Liquor Licencing Laws and oversee staff dispensing alcohol
- Organising and overseeing functions at the restaurant
Essential Criteria:
- Experience as restaurant manager in hospitality industry
- Hold formal managerial qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
