Restaurant & Bar manager needed for venue located in the beautiful Shoalhaven region of NSW's South Coast.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Planning and organising events, functions, catering requests
- Selecting, training and supervising staff
- Maintaining stock and financial records
- Ordering and receiving stock
- Taking reservations (phone, website), regularly checking social media outlets for the restaurant and addressing inquiries/feedback
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean
To be suitable for this role, you should:
- Have prior managerial experience in a hospitality setting
- Hold a current RSA
- Possess excellent customer service skills and be professional in dealing with feedback, inquiries and complaints
- Possess the confidence to lead a team and have strong organisational skills
- Have a relevant certification in management
