Full Time | Sydney | Restaurant Manager

Salary: from 55,000 +Super
Location: Sydney NSW
We are on the look out for a Restaurant Manager to promote, overseeing staffs, and manage its daily operation including customer service. You should possess a vibrant personality, communication skills, and detailed knowledge and experience of foods industry.
Main duties:
- Menu planning and plan seasonal health foods and develop new recipes with cooks
- To promote the efficiency of work, planning and organizing special functions and event
- Organize quantity/quality of materials and estimate cost of material and arrange selling price
- Maintaining records of stock levels and daily, monthly financial transactions
- Ensuring OH & S in connection with the safety standards and personal hygiene policies
- Communicate to customer and its response
- Maintain high quality customer service, high quality meals and keep clean facility
- To arrange training for new staffs, and on the job training, and supervise all staffs
You should have:
- diploma or higher qualifications or
- experience in a food industry
- reliable, trustworthy and sounds communication
