We are a contracting company in the beautiful Blue Mountains region, NSW. We are looking for a professional and experienced painter to join our friendly team.
Duties and attributes of successful candidate:
- Confidently smooth and prepare surfaces for painting
- Select premixed paints or mix required portions of pigment, oil and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that will match specified colours.
- Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures
- Store, handle and dispose of paint, stain, varnish, and other chemicals according to procedures
- Accurately follow safety procedures
- Be able to work on their own and within a team
- Have a strong work ethic with pride in the job
- Produce high quality work with an eye for detail
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Be reliable, honest, fast and well presented
- Minimum 2 years experience advantageous.
