Salary: $50,000 - $54,000
Cook needed for Cafe located in Avoca Beach, NSW.
Avoca Sand Cafe is a relaxed and personable place in a stellar location, directly overlooking Avoca Beach.
Plenty of outdoor seating is available , and the cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Serves great foods and terrific coffees, the place gives such enjoyable experience. The cafe also hosts occasional talks and other local events.
You will be:
- Cooking dishes according to standardized menu
- Taking diners’ requests and dietary requirements into consideration
- Assisting senior chefs in the kitchen
- Prepping ingredients (e.g. sauces, vegetables, meats etc.)
- Working in a busy kitchen team
-May train other kitchen staffs & apprentices
In order to qualify for this position, ideally you should be:
- Experienced
- Trade qualified (Certificate IV on Commercial Cookery or higher)
- Passion for cooking
