- Uphold and contribute to venue policies & procedures
- Assist guests in ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Preparing ingredients for cooking
- Cooking quality restaurant dishes
- Adhering to OH&S procedures
- Ordering and monitoring stock levels
- Maintaining a clean kitchen environment by cleaning utensils and equipment when required
- Working in a fast paced environment
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Relevant experience (min 2 years) and relevant qualifications
- A polite and friendly attitude
- Willingness to help fellow staff members
- General customer service skills
- Ability to maintain focus and agility under time pressure
- Have a keen & enthusiastic personality
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills
