Position: Restaurant Manager
Work Type: Full-Time
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + 9.5% Superannuation
Location: Canberra, ACT
Busy modern Australian cuisine restaurant in heart of Canberra is looking for a Restaurant manager to join the team. If you are looking for a something new, this busy multi award winning restaurant will be next challenge for you.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering great and prompt customer service
- Budget and Stock control
- Revenue Management
- Daily ordering with local supplier
- Exceptional wine Knowledge
- Manage staff roster, Human Resource include hiring, induction, training and development
- Adhering to OH&S procedures and guidelines
You will need:
- Diploma of Hospitality Management or similar qualification
- 4+ years as food and beverage manager experience
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Time management skills and attention to detail
