Location: Surry Hills NSW
Salary: $54,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced cook/chef who has experiences in Japanese cuisines. The restaurant will be ideally located in the busy street in Surry Hills and aims to serve the freshest food and meals.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing ingredients, seafood and meat for cooking e.g. chopping, washing,
- Cooking dishes on the menu according to recipe
- Plan and update menu when needed
- Adhering to OH&S regulations and procedures
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe work place
- Working cohesively in a kitchen team
To be eligible for this role:
- Relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Citizen, PR or valid visa holder who can work full-time
