We are looking for someone that can demonstrate their strong leadership and cost control skills.
The Hotel is an iconic hospitality venue that provides lunch and dinner 7 days a week through its very busy restaurant and function centre. We are renowned for our fantastic food and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere.

- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent cost control abilities
- Long standing history in a similar venue performing hands on and executive Head Chef role
