Situated in the beautiful wine region of Bathurst and Orange, we are on the hunt for a lover of the hospitality industry.
We are a fun bunch of people who work together in giving our patrons the ulitmate dining experience.
The menu has a seasonal focus and showcases the best from local producers such as Mandagery Creek Venison and Cowra Lamb. Over the last eleven years the restaurant has regularly been awarded a chef's hat by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
With your bright smile and charming personality, who will meet and greet our customers. You have a good knowledge of wine, can mix a cocktail, and make a mean coffee to accompany our dessert menu.
We ask that you have at least 3 years experience in this field, and hold a current RSA.
