** Food and Beverage Supervisor **
A superior hotel in the Southern Highlands is seeking a talented and passionate F&B Supervisor.
This position will predominately have a focus in the bar & bistro areas, and function room. The role will also oversee the gaming area.
Reporting to the Director, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team and to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving the efficiency and profitability
Co-ordination and monitoring of all departments within food and beverage
Manage the standards and procedures
Develop and mentor your team
Oversee rosters
Liaise with a variety of departments on a regular basis including bistro kitchen and function room to ensure a consistent and superior service is delivered to the patrons
TALENT PROFILE
A passion for customer service and delivering a great experience to your patrons
2 Years experience in a Supervisor capacity
High volume bar & bistro experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Must have RSA & RSG
