Position: F&B/Restaurant Manager
Work Type: Full-Time
Salary: Circa $50,000 + 9.5% Superannuation
Location: Goulburn, NSW
Our client is a family-run bistro hotel located on the main street of Goulburn, NSW. A crisp, clean & friendly venue that takes joy in serving customers – Goulburn’s Great Stakes – And, of course, with a pint of cold tap beer from the bar. The fully stocked bar is a big hit amongst locals and is home to live broadcasts of racing and sports.
There is an immediate requirement for an experienced Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager to join their diversifying team
Your duties will include:
Overseeing cash flow and day-to-day operations of the bar
Master the wine and bar menus to guide customers through their own unique dining experience
Building professional relationships with guests and providing exceptional customer service
Hiring and management of staff, including rostering and training
Provide guests with friendly and professional service in a well-maintained environment
Assisting with ordering and inventory, maintain and stocking all items
Provide training to junior staff as needed in order to develop an efficient and respectful team
To be eligible for this role:
2+ years experience in managing a hospitality venue
Exemplary customer service attitude
Able to be proficient in a fully autonomous position
Outstanding interpersonal skills and genuine passion for delivering positive results
Relevant trade certificates: RSA, RCG e.t.c
