Full Time| NSW | Sous Chef
Location : Queanbeyan, NSW
Salary: $45, 000 - 55, 000
Our friendly team is looking for a sous chef to become part of the restaurant in a busy hotel in Quenbeyan. Offering our customers usual pub's favorites we also have a famous beer garden on Fridays & Saturdays as well as one of the biggest BBQ in town.
You will be:
- Monitoring the stock and updating the supply
- Preparing the dishes like salmon or lamb shanks, steaks
- Working in a busy kitchen team
- Training and supervising chefs
To qualify for this position, ideally you should:
- 4+ years experience in a similar setting
- Trade qualified (Certificate IV on Commercial Cookery or higher)
- Have good communication skills
- Passion for cooking
