Position: Cafe Manager/Barista
Work Type: Full-Time
Salary: $43,000 - $48,000 + 9.5% Superannuation
Location: Orange, NSW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced barista/cafe manager to join the team at a modern Australian cafe in the Central West of NSW. This modern Australian cafe is popular amongst locals and tourists alike and opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering great and prompt customer service
- Controlling stock level and ordering when required
- Staff Induction, Performance Management, Training and Development
- Making between 4-6 kg of coffee in a shift
- Adhering to OH&S procedures and guidelines
- Cleaning work area and equipment as required
You will need:
- Diploma of Hospitality Management or similar qualification
- Barista certification will be highly regarded but not essential
- 2+ years experience as a barista
- 2+ years Cafe manager experience
- Time management skills and attention to detail
