Salary:$55,000- $65,000 plus Super
The Federal Hotel located just over the Swan Hill Bridge in Murray Downs, is a family owned and operated hotel with a long histroy since 1889. We offer a great pub meal and perfect place for family and friend's special occasion. Seating capacity of approx 190 in the bar/ bistro and alfresco area.
Key Duties:
- Preparing ingredients for cooking
- Cooking quality restaurant dishes
- Adhering to OH&S procedures
- Ordering and monitoring stock levels
- Maintaining a clean kitchen environment by cleaning utensils and equipment when required
- Working in a fast paced environment
The Person:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Relevant hospitality qualification
- Exposure to large events
- Friendly and attentive qualities
- Good communication skills
