Responsibilities of Role:
- Cooking dishes according to standardized menu
- Taking diners' requests and dietary requirements into consideration
- The effective working in a busy environment
- Cleaning kitchen as required
- Adhering to OH&S procedures
- Willing to add new menu items and decorating dishes (Specials, rotational menu etc)
- Ability to support team and supervising staff members
- Checking stock inventory and making orders as necessary
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
To be considered:
- A qualification in cookery is desired
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking
