- Cooking food according to menu and dietary requirements
- Prepping ingredients when required
- Conduct stock control and inventory checks on a regular basis
- Work well in a team environment
- Qualification e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Diploma of Hospitality etc.
- Ideally previous experience in a similar setting
- Great communication and people skills
