Full Time | Berima | Chef
Location: Berima, NSW
Salary: $48,000 + Superannuation
We are expanding and offering an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join our team. Located in a picturesque valley we provide our customers with exceptional service and fresh seasonal menu that includes organic and locally sourced products. In addition to a la cart service we cater different functions and weddings. We offer our clients a unique experience to try wines at the Cellar Door.
Successful candidate's responsibilities would include:
- Stock rotation and ordering from local suppliers
- Preparing and presenting high quality dishes
- Menu input and creation
- Training and supervising chefs
To suit this role candidate should have:
- Experience of min 3 -4 years in a similar position
-Excellent communication skills
-Previous experience a la carte and event cooking
