Salary: $45,000 + super
This modern cafe restaurant in Dubbo, NSW, delivers fresh, delicious breakfast and lunch in a revamped cottage-style building. They are now seeking an energetic and passionate Cafe Manager.
Duties:
1. Panning menus estimating food and labor costs and ordering food supplies.
2. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and
presentation.
3. Discussing food preparation issues with managers dietitians and
kitchen and waiting staff.
4. Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
5. Preparing and cooking food.
6. Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
7. May select and train staff.
8. May freeze and preserve foods.
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in a similar role.
2. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication skills.
