Our venue has an open position for an experienced baker to join our team. We are located in suburban Sydney, close to public transport. Our venue is a local choice for fresh pastries and cakes.
Responsibilities of Role:
- Preparing ingredients for baking (e.g. weighing, beating eggs etc.)
- Making and baking various sweet and savoury pastries
- Working cohesively in a team environment
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance
- Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
- Adhering to OH&S standards and procedures
To Be Considered for this Role:
- 1.5+ years experience in a similar position
- Trade qualified
- A creative flair
