We have an urgent full-time opening that needs to be filled by an experienced Cafe Manager. On offer is an attractive remuneration package of $45,000 - $47,000 + 9.5% super.
We are situated in the south coast of NSW, the quaint and charming town known as Milton, with its arts and craft stores, excellent cafes and restaurants. We have received acclaims for making some of the best breads and pastries in the country.


We are looking for a superstar that can:
- Motivate staff to execute an exceptional level of service leading to a direct increase in loyal, repeat customers
- Ensure excellent customer service to all customers
- Work closely with Kitchen Staff and cafeteria personnel to ensure smooth
operations
- Manage and assist in daily preparation work and inventory for daily business operations
- Perform opening and closing duties which include the handling of monies and balancing of register
- Working closely with senior management to plan new menus, events and supplier
chains


Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in Hospitality will be a huge advantage.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- A hardworking nature and willingness to learn.
