Position: Cafe Manager
Location: Dubbo, NSW
Salary: $48,000 + super
This modern cafe restaurant in Dubbo, NSW, delivers fresh, delicious breakfast and lunch in a revamped cottage-style building. They are now seeking an energetic and passionate Cafe Manager.
Duties:
1. Selecting, training and supervising waiting, bar and barista staff
2. Taking orders from patrons, greeting guests
3. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations
(clean functional and of a suitable appearance)
4. Ordering and purchasing appropriate stock
5. Producing quality coffee and other beverages
6. Monitoring stock levels
7. Start and end of day duties (opening and closing)
8. Point of sale management; register balancing
9. Ensuring staff are aware and practice workplace health & safety
10. General managerial tasks required of a cafe
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in a similar role.
2. Must be able to make fantastic coffee.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to be an effective leader.
