Position: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a proven restaurant manager with excellent people skills and a great track record to manage our new dining area in the hotel. You should be experienced (ideally 3+ years) with rostering, cost control, communication between various stakeholders (front of house, back of house etc), training, hiring etc. If you do have the above skills, and would like to work for a reputable hotel chain, then please do not hesitate to apply.

- Diploma of Hospitality Management or similar
- 3+ years experience as a restaurant/F&B/venue/functions manager
