We are seeking an experienced and energetic restaurant manager to join our friendly team. We are a busy café restaurant located in Rozelle serving fresh dishes, including all day breakfast, more substantial lunch options and an extensive kids menu.  We are a spacious cafe restaurant and have a dedicated area for children to play in. 

Duties include: 
- Greeting guests, taking orders and addressing to customer queries 
- Coordinating the smooth running of the front of house staff
- Rostering staff members 
- Selecting, recruiting and training new staff members
- Coordinating with the back of house staff
- Ensuring stock levels are adequate; ordering supplies when needed
- Performing cash handling duties (cash register, EFTPOS etc.)
- Planning and organising special functions (e.g. birthdays, Mother's Day, Melbourne Cup etc.)
- Ensuring dining facilities complies with health regulations 

To be considered for this role, you should:
- Have experience in a similar setting; ideally 1.5+ years
- Preferably be qualified
- Have excellent customer service and be able to work under stress
- Be able to multitask
