Job Position: Cafe Manager
Work Type: Full Time
Location: Queanbeyan, NSW
We have an exciting opportunity to take on a roll of Full time Cafe Manager to promote, overseeing staffs, and manage its daily operation including great customer service. Cafe is opening from 7am everyday and is high volume and fast paced venue.
Main duties:
- Opening and Closing Cafe
- Balancing the registers on a daily basis
- Overseeing staff, rostering, admin duties
- FOH Stock Control
- Serving customers with a smile, remembering regular customers and their orders
- Making coffee, cleaning and light cooking when needed
- Ensuring OH & S in connection with the safety standards and personal hygiene policies
- Responding to customer complaints
You should have:
- Diploma or higher qualifications or
- Experience in a food industry as a cafe manager
- Reliable, trustworthy and sound communication
- Exceptional barista skills and the ability to train staff
