We are a busy and popular cafe by the beach in sunny Central Coast. Our venue serves up casual beach-side cuisine with the meanest coffee and the friendliest of staff. Our cafe is opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is always packed with locals and tourists.
Our cafe is enviously located right by the beach - take in the wonderful sea breeze and sun rays during your next visit! Due to the success of the business, we have opened up a position for a cafe chef to join our team.
Your duties will include:
- Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items
- Preparing ingredients for cooking e.g. washing, chopping, cutting etc.
- Adhering to OH&S procedures and regulations
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe work place
- Working cohesively in a kitchen team
To be eligible for this role:
- Australian qualification e.g. Certificate III, IV in Commercial Cookery, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management etc.
- Relevant work experience (Ideally, 2+ years)
- Good communication skills
