Highly qualified, energetic, positive person, who can work during the night, with a minimum of 4 years experience in a busy bakery/patisserie. Must be a perfectionist with specialist knowledge including of Kuru Baklava, Sobiyet, Cevizli Burma, Revani, Sekerpare, Burma Kadayif, Tulumba, Ekmek kadayifi, Bulbul Yuvasi, Dilber Dudagi, Kazandibi, Acibadem, Su Boregi, Kunefe, Sambaba, Gullac and specialist breads.
Everything is made from scratch so you must know how to make all individual pastry styles to perfection. Skills and patience to train the other team members how to make all these products an advantage. Great references essential.
