The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in an a la Carte restaurant environment
- A quality driven approach to food production
- Previous experience in a supervisory position
- Proven ability to share knowledge and train fellow staff
- Strong knowledge of relevant food safety requirements
- Previous experience in a high volume environment
- Ability to work various shifts inc. nights and weekends
Salary negotiable, commensurate with experience.
