Guest Relations Manager (Trainee)
Previous customer service experience
Fluent in the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members, both in person and over the telephone
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
Well-presented, organised and calm personality
Must be a qualified chef
Have previous experience with breakfast requirements
Positive can do attitude
Be able to work alone
Understand and practice safe food handling
Strong communication skills
