Full Time | Eastwood, NSW |Restaurant Manager
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Leading and guiding the front of house team
- Coordinating the front of house staff with the kitchen team
- Engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Addressing any queries or complaints by customers
- Ordering any products/ equipment to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant (e.g. additional menus, cutlery, serviettes etc.)
- Rostering staff members according to availability
- Training, hiring new staff members
