About the role:
A busy restaurant in Central West NSW is seeking a passionate and experienced pastry chef to join their friendly team.
- Production of a wide range of pastries, bread, danishes, etc.
- Baking and decorating cakes
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow recipes accurately
- Be able to work as an active member of a team
- Clear understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Hard working, reliable and friendly individual
- Must be passionate about the craft and display very high standards in food production and presentation
