Our client is a chef hatted Restaurant- with a reputation of being the best fine dining restaurant in Western NSW ; awarded 13 chef hats since 2001. Dedicated in producing food that make their patronage feel good, every day of the week ; their family of chefs create specials inspired by organic, seasonal produce from all over the world.

You must be able to handle this busy kitchen with the help of your team and produce beautiful food all of the time. Fine dining experience is not essential, as long as you have the right attitude, a keen willingness to learn, and possess a sound understanding of Western Cuisine and preferable classical training.
The restaurant is currently expanding into a vast array of functions, so there will be plenty of opportunity to diverge and grow within different areas i.e. functions centre and bar.

Qualification & Experience
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery with or
- Diploma of Hospitality Management
- IELTS Score
- At least 2yrs relevant full-time experience
