Our client is a chef hatted Restaurant- with a reputation of being the best fine dining restaurant in Western NSW ; awarded consistently over the years and have retained a coveted chefs hat since 2001. Dedicated in producing food that make their patronage feel good, every day of the week ; their family of chefs create specials inspired by organic, seasonal produce from all over the world.
You must be able to handle this busy kitchen with the help of your team and produce beautiful food all of the time. Fine dining experience is not essential, as long as you have the right attitude, a keen willingness to learn, and possess a sound understanding of Western Cuisine and preferable classical training.
- Cooking food according to menu and dietary requirements
- Prepping ingredients when required
- Conduct stock control and inventory checks on a regular basis
- Work well in a team environment
Qualification & Experience
- Relevant Qualification
- At least 2 yrs relevant full-time experience
