Salary: $48,000.00 + 9.5% Superannuation
Located in the famous area of Parkes, this hotel has been serving the community for multiple years. Every night of the week the hotel serves delicious bistro classics, with a wide array of entertainment including weekly live bands. Expanding our operations has meant the need for an additional chef has arose.
- Preparing ingredients for cooking
- Cooking bistro style items
- Adhering to OH&S procedures
- Ordering and monitoring stock levels
- Maintaining a clean kitchen environment by cleaning utensils and equipment when required
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Willing to add new menu items (Specials, rotational menu etc)
- Preferable Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- 3 Years relevant experience
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Hands on approach
