Position: Contract Administrator
Work Type: Full Time
Salary: $55,000 + Super
Location: Brisbane, QLD
We are on the lookout for a Contract Administrator to manage various cleaning operation and asset maintenances, contracts and it’s administration affairs in Brisbane QLD. We are seeking a dedicated member with experience in a cleaning industry or similar environment and one who enjoys daily interactions with customers. You should possess a vibrant personality and have good conflict resolution skills.
Key Duties:
- Developing, reviewing and negotiation variations to contracts, or projects
- Analysing data associated with contracts undertaken, and reporting to management team its outcome
- Control aspects of finance in contracts, including sales, gross profit, expense and controllable expenditure
- Managing and paper works for contracts, sub-contracts, Tender, maximize all sales opportunities in the business, including quality control
You Should Have:
- Diploma or Degree or
- Experience in a similar position
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
